To ensure the reliability from from Sanyo SMI, we povide warranty for equipments & systems with free service, spare parts inspection and maintenance, which a different period for each device. After the warranty ends, We can continue servicing you with different formats, from Turnkey, Services Contract or case by case.
Services Contract
The Service Contract Format, The most preferred choice after end of the warranty for Sanyo SMI customers. We provide stand-by services to do inspection and maintenance with different services or spare parts as mutually determined by both parties. Which customers
can make decision before replacing parts or entering maintenance.
Turnkey
Turnkey format includes FIXED sparepart costs and service fees. FIX cost of spare parts without any additional costs, and also technicians to check and provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) throughout the contract period.
Case by Case
Whenever the equipments break down without the Warrantee,Turnkey, or Service Contract before doing services and replacement of spare parts, the price will be notified for the customer to check and approve before every operation.
